A self-motivated man realizes his dreams
By the time he turns 40, Kenneth H. Clark wants to be a millionaire.
It’s the dream of many an entrepreneur. But Clark, 38, has been able to move ahead quite forcefully. A self-motivated man, he has spent the last 11 years turning a corporation with only one company into one that has five.
Clark is president of C.I.S.A. Professional Services Inc., a family-owned business in Detroit, MI. Other officers are Sherry R. Clark, vice president, and Beverly L. Webb, vice president. His daughter, Nina, helps out as secretary.
A retired police officer, Clark opened the firm in 1979 because he wanted to be financially independent. He worked in polygraph at the Detroit Police Department – where he was a police officer for 17 years – and decided to do it on his own. He has expanded C.I.S.A. into pest control and janitorial services, commercial and industrial cleaning, and a detective agency.
